1. Scope

This privacy policy explains how we process personal data when you visit our website, create an account, place an order, contact us or use our services. We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Belgian regulations.

2. What personal data do we process?

Depending on your use of the web shop, we may process the following categories:

  • Identification and contact information: name, e-mail address, phone number.
  • Delivery and billing information: address information, billing information.
  • Order and transaction details: products ordered, amounts, discounts, returns, order communication.
  • Account information: login/username and (hashed) password, preferences.
  • Communication: Content of messages via contact form, e-mail or chat (if active).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device data, log files, cookie IDs and usage data (depending on your cookie preferences).

5. With whom do we share your data?

We share personal data only when necessary for the operation of the webshop or when we are required to do so. This can include:

We enter into a processor agreement with processors where required. They may only process your data on our behalf and must take appropriate security measures.

In principle, we process data within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a service provider does process outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) in accordance with GDPR.

7. Retention periods

We do not retain personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected:

  • Order and billing information: Usually up to 7 years (accounting/tax obligations).
  • Account information: while your account is active; upon closure, we remove or anonymize where possible, except where retention is required by law.
  • Marketing permission: until you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe.
  • Technical logs: limited and temporary for security and debugging purposes.

8. Cookies and similar technologies.
